Our club is dedicated to helping athletes train and compete all year round for free, no matter the season. We post training times and meet info on our Instagram page (@sentryspeedandflight). Training will occur at Arcadia Highschool for the most part. Our blog has useful articles on training, nutrition, mental health, sports med, etc.
